Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be happy with Driveline. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked. This applies to:
- Pro monthly and yearly subscriptions (first payment)
- Shopper Pass (14-day)
- À la carte purchases — VIN history reports and AI credit packs
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to access your order, or
- Email us at support@drivelineusa.com with your order details (order ID or the email you used at checkout) and we'll help arrange the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the credit to appear.
Renewals and cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your Account page or through Paddle at paddle.net. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
For renewal charges (a subscription that renewed automatically), we're happy to refund the most recent renewal charge on request within a reasonable period after the charge, provided the account hasn't been used significantly during that renewal term.
Beyond 30 days
Even after 30 days, if something goes wrong — a duplicate charge, a bug that made the Service unusable, or a charge you didn't authorize — contact us and we'll make it right. Refunds outside the 30-day window are handled by Paddle in line with their Refund Policy.
