This Privacy Notice explains how Driveline USA LLC ("Driveline", "we", "us"), a Colorado limited liability company, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Driveline application and website (the "Service").

1. Who is the data controller

Driveline USA LLC is the data controller for personal information processed through the Service. For questions about this notice or your data, contact us at support@drivelineusa.com.

2. Information we collect

Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are not received or stored by Driveline.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Driveline is based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US or other countries. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements (for example, tax and billing records held via Paddle). Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

7. Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

US residents (including California, Colorado, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws) have equivalent rights, including the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising — Driveline does not engage in these activities. To exercise any right, email support@drivelineusa.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for database and file storage, role-based access controls, row-level security on user data, and audit logging. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service (authentication, session management, security) and, in some cases, first-party analytics to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Where required by law we will request your consent for non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may break the Service.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the Effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice.
